Product Warranty

This agreement describes the limited warranty (“Product Warranty”) that applies to any order, purchase, receipt, delivery or use of any products and services (collectively, “purchase”) from Hypersecu Information Systems Inc (“Hypersecu”). All Hypersecu products carry a Product Warranty. This guarantees the original purchaser (“Buyer”) that Hypersecu products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

 

A. Limited Warranty

  1. During the Warranty Period, Hypersecu will, at its option, repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

  2. Should the product require a return shipment for repairs or a replacement shipment, shipping costs will be at the Buyer’s expense.

  3. Replacement parts or products will be new, comparable in function and performance of the original part or product and warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. Purchasing additional Hypersecu products does not extend your warranty period.

  4. This Warranty Period covers normal use of the products. The Warranty Period does not cover improper handling, misuse, lack of care, abuse, accidents, unauthorized services or parts, usage of Hypersecu branded products in combination with other products (unless otherwise specified), or Acts of God.

 

B. Warranty Period

  1. For buyers purchasing Hypersecu products for usage as end users, the Warranty Period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

  2. For buyers purchasing Hypersecu products as an authorized reseller, the Warranty Period is 18 months from the invoice date.

 

C. Warranty Claims

  1. All mentioned Warranty Periods are under the condition of access to the product or system by a Hypersecu representative to verify possible non-conformance. Claims under warranty must be reported to Hypersecu within 30 days of detection via email to support@hypersecu.com and include:

    • Your name and contact information (phone number, email, address)

    • Company name, if applicable

    • Purchase date or invoice date

  2. Hypersecu may request further details regarding the product and/or defect such as photos, additional descriptions, etc.
