Product Warranty

This warranty statement applies to any order, purchase, receipt, or delivery of any computer related hardware with Firmware (the “Product”) and services from Hypersecu Information Systems Inc (“Hypersecu”).

Warranty
​Hypersecu warrants to the original purchaser (the “Purchaser”) that the Product (i) will conform in all respects to the Product specifications (ii) will be free from defects, latent or otherwise, in design materials and workmanship; (iii) to the best of Hypersecu’s knowledge, does not infringe upon, violate or misappropriate the intellectual property of any other party, person or entity, (iv) will comply with applicable laws with respect to Hypersecu’s Product.

Terms and Conditions
Hypersecu warranties apply only to the original Purchaser unless otherwise agreed by Hypersecu in writing. Hypersecu’s sole obligation and Purchaser’s exclusive remedy for any justified claim under this warranty shall be limited to, at Hypersecu’s sole discretion, replacement of the Product or parts that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship, replacement of the Product or parts with functionally equivalent new Product or parts. Should the Product or parts require a return shipment for replacement of the Product or parts, shipping costs shall be borne by the Purchaser.
This express warranty does not apply to, and no warranty remedy will be given for, Product issues resulting from (a) failure of Purchaser to comply with any operational or maintenance guidelines or requirements; (b) alterations, modifications, additions, or repairs made during the applicable warranty period by anyone other than Hypersecu or its authorized representatives; (c) accidents or damage resulting from fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, power failure or other Acts of God, not caused or contributed to by the sole negligence of Hypersecu or its authorized representatives.

Warranty Period
​Unless otherwise specified by Hypersecu in writing, the warranty period is 12 months from the invoice date. Any replacement Product or parts is warranted for the remaining warranty term of the original Product.

Warranty Claims

All mentioned Warranty Periods are under the condition of access to the product or system by a Hypersecu representative to verify possible non-conformance. Claims under warranty must be reported to Hypersecu within 30 days of detection via email to support@hypersecu.com and include:

Your name and contact information (phone number, email, address)

Company name, if applicable

Purchase date or invoice date

Hypersecu may request further details regarding the Product and/or defect such as photos, additional descriptions, etc.
